At Lien Design, we like to dig deeper to discover what your company is all about and learn how we can create a brand that you will cherish for years.

Following is a list of questions that will help us flush out more about your desired brand, your goals, and uncover some helpful information that we haven't yet revealed in our previous conversations.

Here's an easy one for starters... what's the name of your product?

Do you have a tagline and product description? (if not, we can help craft those for you)

What are the specific sales points (bullet points) that you want to use on the front? (example: health benefits, low calories, vitamins, easy-to-use, all natural, organic? etc.)

What other existing brands do you find appealing? (it doesn't necessarily have to be the same kind of product)

Who are your desired primary customers (demographic)?

Who do you feel are your top competitors in this field?

What is your distinct competitive edge over your competitors?

If your brand were a person, how would you describe them? (i.e. Energetic? Traditional? Outgoing? Friendly? Casual? Formal? Serious? Cutting edge? etc.)

Are there any images, colors, or words that should be AVOIDED?

Are there any images, colors, or words that should be INCLUDED?

And now, the Logistical Questions

When we’re ready to get started, here are some of the things we’ll need from you.

What type of package will your product be sold in? (example: a jar, a pouch, a box, a bottle, etc.)

Do you have photography you want us to use?

Do you have a product (or company) story that you want to have on the back?

Do you have a dieline you can send over for this product (or at least some approximate dimensions)?

We won’t need this for the early design phase, but eventually I’ll need to get from you the: - UPC code - Nutrition Facts - Ingredients - Company info (legal name, address, phone [optional], website)
