One thing that sets us apart from most other creative firms is that we provide Madison Avenue-level designs alongside very inclusive customer service. When we begin a project we do a thorough assessment based on both the expectations of our clients and market research on the product or service to set goals toward our final product. We don’t just pull a template out of a drawer, dust it off, and apply it to a project. We take the time to openly communicate with our client throughout the process so that all parties have an understanding of the shape the work takes as our team develops it.
To start, we begin by sitting down for a detailed brief of the project, including its current state, what the client’s expectations and needs are, and the setting of initial goals and milestones. This is an important part of the process, as it gives the Lien Design team the chance to ask questions to launch into forming a road map on how best to tackle the project—and the client is also given the opportunity to ask any questions they may have about the process. The parameters of the professional relationship are set here, and (more excitingly) this is also when initial design concepts are discussed
Throughout our creative process, client feedback is imperative! Suggestions and notes often lead to enhanced success of the projects, and we encourage everyone we collaborate with to give direct and clear feedback on the work they receive from the Lien Design team. Your input only allows us to do our job better. At the end of the day, we understand the value of fostering great open relationships with our clients and working together to move the project forward as a team.
